It is very common for the people in this era to overwork themselves during working hour. With such a lifestyle, it is difficult to stop snoring since there is no enough rest in dayttime. This tiredness will be brought home from the workplace.

To be more efficient in work and hence reduce or minimize overwork, one should plan their work properly. Should there be any break time in between, try to have a stroll or to do some stretching exercise.

For eating, one should not drink too much coffee. Instead, try to drink tea which will be able to ease your mind and to relax your body.

A lot of people have less time for doing exercise due to heavy workload in their busy working life.

If there is no enough rest in the day time, the tiredness will be accumulated. When people are exhausted, they tend to have difficulty in having a good night sleep. This may lead to fast or difficult in breathing smooth. Hence, this causes heavy breathing and noise which we normally term it as SNORE!

To have a healthy body and god night sleep (of course it is without snoring), a balance work and life must be achieved. No matter how busy you are, it is necessary to spend about 20 to 30 minutes in doing exercise. With a healthy lifestyle, normally 50% of people who have snoring problem would recover with taking any medication.

People who have snoring problem need to take initiative to plan a schedule for daily exercise. With this, the snoring problem will soon say goodbye to you!

In order to stop snoring, we need to first understand what causes snoring and why snoring can only occur when we are asleep. There are many ways to prevent snoring i.e. with the help of external gadget, with some medications, with certain medication treatment, etc. In this blog, all the snoring related matters will be discussed. Also, the most important thing is the solution or remedy to stop snoring.

By following my blog, I will show all the method to overcome or to stop snoring. Hope my readers will find the information provided in my blog is useful.

(2) What is Snoring?
Snoring is a coarse sound made by vibrations of soft palate and other tissue in the nose, nose, throat, ad mouth which caused by turbulence inside the airway during inspiration. Snoring can be disturbance since the people beside the person who has snoring habit are impacted by the "noise".

When the person is awaken, his/her muscle tone keeps the airway in good shape. This is the reason why man doesn't snore when he is awaken. When the person is asleep, the turbulence is caused by a partial blockage that may be located anywhere from the tip of the nose to the vocal chords. This is because the muscle tone is reduced during sleep and muscle tone is insufficient to prevent the airway tissue vibrating.
